      What is your standard turnaround?+
      Our standard turnaround is 7 working days from receipt of samples. We can also offer 3 and 5 day analysis by prior arrangement, so let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
      What sample types can you handle?+
      Soils including rock and aggregates, waters including groundwater, surface water, foul water and industrial discharges, and plant materials such as animal bedding and vegetation.
      Can you build a suite to our specification?+
      Yes. Our environmental analysis laboratory offers standardised screening suites and client-specific suites built around the determinands and reporting you need, with all environmental lab testing carried out in-house.
      Are there samples you cannot accept?+
      We do not operate a Red Lab, so we cannot accept samples that are highly volatile, toxic or hazardous to health. If you are unsure, contact us before sending.
      Do you collect samples?+
      Yes. We arrange nationwide sample collection by courier, and we also operate our own lab driver to bring samples in.
